Following an authentic Spanish recipe, we prepare our churros fresh for you every day – with passion, skill, and meticulous attention to detail. The result? A golden-brown delight, perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside.

Quality begins with the ingredients. The base is a classic dough made from wheat flour, water, and salt, which is deep-fried in high-quality vegetable oil – making our product 100% vegan. Its condition is systematically monitored throughout the day using professional TESTO measuring devices. By monitoring the TPM (Total Polarity) value, we ensure that the oil is always at its optimal quality and meets the highest standards.

We place great value on regionality: all our ingredients come from Switzerland to guarantee freshness and sustainability. The only exception is our authentic dulce de leche, which we source directly from Argentina to offer you the true, unadulterated taste of Latin America.
